702 Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated self-starter to manage all aspects of a major account relationship, drive sales results, build and leverage relationships, perform at the highest levels of professionalism and integrity, and be an initiator and coordinator of all sales activities for a select group of entertainment and educational accounts across the United States.
This is a rapidly growing division of a young company and requires high energy level and a focus on immediate results.
Candidates should have:
-- 3-5 years of successful business-to-business sales experience with a particular emphasis on major account sales.
--3-5 years success in the Arts, leisure or entertainment field. This may include street teams, night clubs, visual arts and gallery experience, library and literary experience.
--College Degree, extensive sales training, and a track record and commitment to top level performance are all expected.
The members of this sales team will be expected to significantly impact the success and revenue growth of the company. This sales position is focused on driving incremental, new business revenue.
Revenue plans will be approximately $1M - $1.5M per year. Key characteristics include a high activity level, positive attitude and ability to engage customers and talent.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the territory and sales process on a day to day basis to achieve business results.
2. Developing a game plan and strategy for approaching the identified major commercial and college/university accounts. Initiate contact with appropriate levels of decision makers and influencers within the targeted account set.
3. Exhibiting customer-focused solution selling, including questioning, determining customer objectives, mission and vision matching, customer needs analysis, matching potential solutions to customer needs, and consultative selling to the mutual benefit of the company and its customers.
4. Represent all products and services across the gamut of the arts within the customer’s environment. Provide professional customer service which lead to repeating sales.
Salary and Benefits
Job salary: Commission sales potential 70,000 ++
Work from your home at your pace, with exception of weekly meetings.
